CHARGES, FEES & COMMISSION STRUCTURE

An upfront search/service fee of $500.00 + 10%gst is payable within 24hrs once we have been appointed to act by the buyer. Whilst non-refundable, $500.00 search/service fee will be deducted from the final payment due on settlement.
We are happy to negotiate on all buyers behalf at a pre-determined fee, if you the buyer have already found a property in which you would like us to inspect and negotiate further on.
Our Commission structure is ;
1.25% of the sale price up to $500,000 and then reduced to
1.00% of the sale price from $501,000 upwards. All commissions are gst inclusive.
